Shipping costs is free within the European Union on orders over 50 euros. Worldwide shipping is free on orders over 75 euros. Different rates apply for sending abroad. In the shopping basket, you can find the appropriate shipping rates by country.
- Europe: 10 euros on average
- World: 14,50 - 18,50 euro on average
When we have received the payment we ship your order within 1 or 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping.
- Europe: 2-8 business days
Worldwide: 6-14 business days
Duties and fees
International customers (outside of the EU) are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees required by their customs services. Additional charges for customs clearance must be provided by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Return & refund
We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in shopping online, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Once your return is received by us we will process it within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email with an update once we have processed your return.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product packaging is undamaged and the product is not worn and or washed.
- The package has been received in good condition and the products are in good condition, singhclo.com will return the deposit to the account where the payment is debited. It can take up to 3 days before the fund reflects on your bank account.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Parcels that are lost in transit.
