Singh Clo is dedicated to educating people about the culture and empowering them to embrace our culture with inspired, high-quality streetwear.

Nowadays, it is all too easy to forget where one comes from, especially when a lack of diversity is so prevalent. Our mission is not simply to sell clothes but to preserve our culture, so future generations feel represented no matter where they are in the world.

Through this, we aim to establish connections and nourish curious minds with insight into our culture. In the future, we hope to create an online platform that further facilitates meaningful relationships and allows everyone to promote our heritage with unmistakable pride. 

 

OUR BRAND STORY

It’s no secret that fashion has the ability to communicate and connect people with others. When you wear Singh or Kaur, you send a profound message that celebrates our culture.

Our founder Harjit Singh discovered this truth about fashion as a child. Singh Clo was initially founded by his father, who emigrated to the Netherlands to pursue a brighter future. He and his wife opened a small business near Amsterdam, selling clothes to locals.

Harjit grew up fascinated by fashion and every part of the process. He vividly recalls conversations among his family - all of which were about clothing. When his parents decided to shut down the business, Harjit knew he could not let go so easily. So, he invested in his education and learned everything he could about fashion, including management and production.

After experiencing many trials and tribulations, he eventually decided to launch Singh and Kaur Clo online in the hopes of reaching a broader audience to spread his message. Now, Singh and Kaur clothing is available worldwide, making a stronger impact than ever before.

 

What are shipping times and costs?

Delivery Costs

Shipping is free on orders over €50. The applicable shipping rates per country are displayed in the shopping cart.

  • Standard shipping: €15
  • Express shipping: €40

Delivery Time

Once we have received your payment, your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Express orders are shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution.

  • Europe: 2-8 business days
  • Worldwide: 10-20 business days
  • Express shipping: 2-4 business days

Note: International customers must provide a valid phone number.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Return Policy

We understand that shopping online comes with uncertainties, so we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are at your own expense. Singh Clo does not cover return shipping costs.
  • Ensure that your return is sent with a track & trace code to prevent lost packages.
  • To initiate a return, follow the return instructions provided with your order.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • If the return meets these conditions, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours after receiving the item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. It may take up to 3 business days for funds to reflect in your bank account.

Note: Returns that do not meet our conditions may be rejected.


Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product, simply place a new order for the item you want instead. After receiving your second order, you have 14 days to return one or both items.

  • The return process follows the same conditions as standard returns.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed within 24-48 hours after we receive them.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will replace items in the following cases:
Defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival
Parcels lost in transit

We will not offer a replacement if:
❌ The product has been worn or washed
❌ You attempted to repair the defect yourself
❌ The instructions for use were not followed

All replacement requests must go through inspection and verification before approval. Singh Clo reserves the right to refuse replacements that do not meet our conditions.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are automatically processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel, you will need to return the order after receiving it.


Wrong Address Policy

Singh Clo is not responsible for lost or misrouted parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • However, once a shipping label is generated, address changes are no longer possible, as the carrier has already received the shipping details.

Note: We do not cover return costs if the customer changes their mind after receiving the order.
