What are shipping times and costs?
Shipping costs is free within the European Union on orders over 50 euros. Worldwide shipping is free on orders over 75 euros. Different rates apply for sending abroad. In the shopping basket, you can find the appropriate shipping rates by country.
- Europe: 10 euros on average
- World: 14,50 - 18,50 euro on average
When we have received the payment we ship your order within 1 or 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. If however damage incurred during transport please get in touch with us, so we can find a solution.
- Europe: 2-8 business days
Worldwide: 6-14 business days
Duties and fees
International customers (outside of the EU) are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees required by their customs services. Additional charges for customs clearance must be provided by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in shopping online, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Singh Clo does not cover your return cost. Returning your product is at your own expense and risk. Make sure you return the parcel with track and trace code. Download the return label & instructions.
- Once your return is received by us we will process it within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email with an update once we have processed your return.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product packaging is undamaged and the product is not worn and / or washed.
- If the package has been received in good condition and the products are in good condition, singhclo.com will return the deposit to the account where the payment is debited. It can take up to 3 days before the fund reflects on your bank account.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Parcels that are lost in transit.
We will not offer you a replacement when:
- worn the product and / or washed
- you have tried to repair a defect
- The operating and / or instructions are not followed.
Unfortunately not. Orders are shipped out automatically and can not be stopped. You need to return your order.
Singh Clo will not be held liable to any loss or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
- Note: We do not cover costs of returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
- Note: Our team will inspect and verify the refunds before we issue out a replacement. Singh Clo reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
