WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME DURING SALE AND HOLIDAY SEASON?

Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days.

MY SALE ORDER GOT CANCELLED?

Because of the high demand of our sale items, orders placed during the sale are only confirmed after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Therefore it is possible that your order will be cancelled because of out of stock items.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?

Within 30 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back with your return.

• All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• All products must be unworn and unwashed.
• All products must have all original Singh tags still attached.
• Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES?

The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Netherlands 1-2 days
• Europe 3-5 days
• Rest of the world 4-7 days
• Purchases are delivered in an premium black or white Singh box, with the exception of certain items

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

• Netherlands: Free
• Europe: 10 EUR (Free over 99 EUR).
• Outside Europe: 15 EUR (Free over 149 EUR).

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

Your order will be shipped by DHL In a premium black or white box. Smaller items could be shipped in a black or white poly bag. We will make sure your package will be shipped secure and save.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A ITEM?

Within 30 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back with your return.

• Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.

WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF MY ORDER?

Yes, we will refund the full amount of your order.

We will not refund your order if:
• Order has been returned after 30 days of receipt. (Shipping cost back to customer will be charged)
• Has been worn or washed.
• Is dirty, damaged or try to be repaired.
• Is not returned in original packing or if tags are removed.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Returns will be processed approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER DURING REGULAR SALE, CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you can return your products purchased in the the regular sale and the full amount of your order will be refunded.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact our customer service first with more details. After conformation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be checked and when it is covered by our warranty policy a new item will be send back to you free of charge.

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED?

The only reason we won't accept a return is if it is contrary our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a Paypal payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 30 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.

DO I NEED AN ACOUNT TO SHOP ONLINE?

No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as guest, checkout fast with a Paypal account or register as customer. However it is useful to have an account where you can check your order history.

I HAVE ADDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW DO I CHANGE iIT?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order or item after you placed your order online. However, you can return you order at any time within 30 days and you will get a full refund.

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. However it is possible a sold out size of an item will be back online.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SINGH ACCEPT?

• PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. With PayPal your order is insured.
• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa. With Credit Card your order is insured.
• IDEAL: Payment methods used in The Netherlands.
• Bank contant/Mister Cash: Payment methods used in Belgium.
• Sofort Banking: Payment methods used in Germany.

WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS TO MY ORDER?

Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges. Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU and additional charges may be added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by Singh.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE LATEST INFORMATION?

All the latest information or launches will be communicated via our Instagram and Newsletter. Sign up as a customer, or enter your email address in the bottom section of the site to receive our newsletters.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ITEMS?

All of our items come with a care label. We strongly recommend following these instructions. When it comes to leather, shearling and shoes, we recommend contacting us for specific care information.
