Once the item is received by us, you will receive the refund in your account within 7 days. Returns will only be accepted if the product packaging is undamaged and the product is not worn and / or washed. If the package has been received in good condition and the products are in good condition, singhclo.com will return the deposit amount within 7 days to the account where the payment is debited. Returning your product is at your own expense and risk

Is void if:
a. worn the product and / or washed
b. you have tried to repair a defect
c. The operating and / or instructions are not followed.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty
- Damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Parcels that are lost in transit.
All refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 days before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card or bank provider company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Note: Our team will inspect/ verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Singh reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
